 Ensure that your dance space is clear, well ventilated and is free from risks for slipping/tripping or falling. Remove or move any furniture that may get in your way. Ideally you need 3m x 3m to dance.

Have good water to hand throughout and after your session to rehydrate your body.  You take full responsibility for exercising in your environment. There are 3 levels to work through, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Work at your level at your pace and allow the body to adjust, learn and grow.  This takes time, so above all be patient with yourself. This is your allocated time - for you. Regress and progress to suit your ability.  KMA Dance © 2025
